I’m Tori—a public health professional, yoga teacher, energy practitioner, and founder of Wealth & Wellness by T. At the heart of everything I create is one belief: the different parts of our lives are never really separate. This Collection explores the interconnectedness of our health, environments, relationships, careers, and the choices that shape our lives.
Our health affects how we work. Our relationships influence how we see ourselves. Our environment shapes our habits. Our careers impact our wellbeing. And sometimes the problem showing up in one area of life is actually connected to something happening somewhere else entirely.
That interconnectedness is what fascinates me.
My background in public health taught me to look at systems, exposures, environments, and the conditions influencing people’s wellbeing. My personal love of wellness and travel taught me something equally important: sometimes we need to step outside of our normal environment to see our lives differently.
That is the lens behind this magazine.
Wealth & Wellness by T is a space to explore wellness beyond routines, treatments, and trends. Here, we look at the environments we live in, the places we travel to, the patterns we repeat, the practices that restore us, and the choices that shape the lives we are creating.
I’m especially interested in the moments when you find yourself asking questions like: Why does this keep happening? Why do I feel stuck even though I’m doing everything “right”? What have I outgrown? What would I choose if I stopped operating on autopilot?
I don’t believe you have to wait for your life to fall apart before you examine it.
Sometimes what we need most is enough space to see the pattern.
Through this magazine, retreats, experiences, and the larger Wealth & Wellness by T world, my goal is to help create that space—while introducing you to destinations, practices, ideas, and people that invite you to experience wellness in a more expansive way.
Think of this collection as an invitation to step outside of your everyday life for a moment, look at the whole picture, and become more intentional about what you want to create next.
Here’s to seeing the connections you couldn’t see before.
Autumn asks something different of us than the rest of the year. The light goes low and gold, the calendar starts to insist on itself, and most of us respond by speeding up—one more trip before the year closes, one more thing to check off before the holidays arrive.
This issue is our case for the opposite.
Issue No. 001 is built around a single, stubborn idea: restoration isn’t a reward you earn after everything else is done. And it doesn’t require a passport, a perfect strategy, or ten thousand dollars.
It requires attention.
Inside, Tori takes us to Canyon Ranch in Tucson for a look at what thoughtful, well-designed restoration can feel like. She also breaks down seasonal resources meant to be used, not simply read: a peace-giving release ritual, foods that nourish both body and soul, and a personal retreat blueprint designed to help you reset without breaking the bank.
We built this issue slowly, with care and intention—the same way we hope you’ll read it.
For too long, our definition of prosperity has been dangerously narrow. True abundance encompasses dimensions of life that cannot be traded on an open market:
Wellness is not a checklist; it is a sensory return to yourself.
The wellness industry often tries to sell us a version of restoration that requires a first-class ticket, expensive gear, and luxury resort bookings. But true alignment is accessible anywhere.
An immersive acoustic journey utilizing quartz crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and gongs to induce deep theta brainwave states.
To bypass overactive cognitive loops and allow the nervous system to effortlessly reset without traditional seated meditation.
Curated acoustic sanctuaries, holistic wellness centers, and exclusive private retreat houses nationwide.
Set against the breathtaking backdrop of Sedona's red rocks, Canyon Ranch offers an immersive energetic container. The experience integrates grounding outdoor hikes, silent meditation at dawn, specialized energy work, and integrative spa rituals designed to clear stagnant mental patterns and invite profound clarity.
Of the destinations I scouted for this issue, Tucson kept pulling me back. It has the geography for stillness—open desert, a slower clock, red rock and saguaro instead of infinity pools—and a wellness infrastructure serious enough to support real restoration, not just a spa day with a view.
I was also drawn to how reachable it is. With direct flights from many major U.S. hubs, a short drive from the airport, and no jet lag to recover from before your reset can begin, Tucson felt especially aligned with an issue built around accessible restoration.
A note from me: Canyon Ranch is not a sponsor or affiliate of this issue, and I’m not being compensated for sharing it here. I simply felt it was worth researching and introducing to you.
